We organize opole.dev recurring, free meetups for the Opole IT community and we’re launching our fifth season. From October to May we have four editions ahead: one each in October, December, February and May.
The numbers gathered over fourteen editions so far speak for themselves: opole.dev has drawn 958 attendees in total, attendance in the last three meetups grew by 24% compared to the first three, and participants rate the events at 4.63 out of 5 on average (96% satisfied or very satisfied, NPS +63). The first edition of the new season, opole.dev #15, takes place on October 20 at 6:00 PM at the “Łącznik” teaching building of Opole University of Technology.
The program includes two talks: Robert Niestrój will speak about integrating large language models (LLMs) into Java applications with Spring AI, and Wiktor Sędkowski will cover security testing of AI-based systems, including prompt injection attacks and vulnerabilities in retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). Networking follows the talks. Registration is open.
