CODEFUSION is an active company since more than 5 years (next year February we will be six). During this time, we constantly grew. From only two to more than 10 right now. What’s interesting only this month we hired our first female software developer. Why that late? The answer is very simple because of statistics. During our recreation history to a software developer post we had only 2,65% of woman candidates. Why is that, we can only speculate, but we support all the female engineers wanting to join this male dominated IT business. We are very proud that almost 10% of our crew is female. Four times more the female employees than female candidates we consider a great score! We declare that our recruitment process will still be 100% meritocratic!
